 Pansit Noodles

 

a. Sauté garlic (3 cloves) and ˝ onion

b. Add 3 chicken breasts halves along with 2 tbs. soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

c. After the chicken is cooked, add julienne cut carrots and chopped cabbage. Cook the vegetables until slightly blanched.

d. Remove all above ingredients after all is cooked.

e. In another pan, add one 12 oz. can of chicken broth.

f. Add two pkgs. of yellow canton noodles or rice noodles to the chicken broth.

g. Stir all the noodles into the broth until the noodles become soft.

h. Add the chicken mixture back into the pan with the noodles.

OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS:

i. Afterward, pieces of shrimp can be added to the dish.
