Dee's Enchilada Casserole
Shredded chicken breast
1 can chopped green chilies
2-3 cans cream of chicken soup
Shredded cheese
Salsa
Chopped onion
Sliced olives
Flour tortillas
Chopped green and red bell peppers
Boil chicken and shred.  Fry onions add chicken and chili.  
Add enough Soup to a moist consistency.  
Add a little meat mixture to bottom of pan.  
Put Cheese on top. 
Add strips of sliced flour tortillas.  
Continue to layer to top. 
Add cheese, sliced olives and diced peppers on top.  
Bake at 350 till hot
